We are looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. The Programmatic Campaign Manager will be responsible for running various brand awareness and performance campaigns across numerous channels via RTB and programmatic mediabuying. Optimizing towards KPI’s and giving the highest level of service to our advertisers.

Main responsibilities

Media Plan and site integration

  • Set-up media plans for our clients
  • Manage and service clients to ensure accurate implementation, quality control and maintenance across multiple website integrations
  • Close numerous PMP deals
  • Yield optimization 
  • Support in relevant new business pitches and related work
  • Be aware and up to speed on the industry trends and able to make recommendations
  • Build and manage partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, and Exchanges

Campaign optimization and Analytics

  • Trafficking new campaigns in our DSP
  • Campaign optimization as needed to ensure on-time and complete delivery of mobile, native or video advertising campaigns
  • Provide insight and feedback to advertiser/publisher account teams, advertising operations, and management to improve results
  • Conduct daily and monthly reporting analysis

Required skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of digital advertising technologies (e.g. Ad server, VAST, Deal ID's, tracking paltforms, API's)
  • Experience with ad networks, Exchanges, SSP's, DSP's, agency trading desks, direct publishers
  • Proven experience in buying, trading and building media strategies in digital media execution, optimization, and management of campaigns
  • Firm understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems
  • Understanding of mobile tracking solutions
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Eye for detail to identify trends and opportunities

To be successful in this role you need to have exceptional analytical skills, be able to spot trends in different sets of data and apply strict methods to drive maximum performance from each campaign.
